Singapore transforming Public Service with Digital Government

The Singapore government is looking to transform its Public Service with the Digital Government initiative. Under the Smart Nation Singapore initiative, Singaporeans can expect easier and more seamless experiences when dealing with government agencies online.

One of the initiative’s efforts of achieving this goal is introducing conversational computing (or chatbots) for public services. Microsoft is the chosen partner to implement chatbots for selected public services.
